There are two ways to say that you like something. You've already learned one of them.
Ти любиш Львів?
We can also use the word подобається which means [pleases] or [is pleasing to].
Тобі подобається Львів means [You like Lviv] or, more literally, [Lviv is pleasing to you].
Мені подобається Львів means [I like Lviv] or, more literally, [Lviv is pleasing to me].
If no object is specified, as in the question:
Мені подобається?
The phrase just means [It is pleasing to me].
